If your suitcase, carry-on-luggage, backpack or laptop bag goes missing, airport staff can enter in the code found on the back of your tag on our website.
They are presented with your email address and phone number and can then get in touch with you and even forward your lost item to your destination.

THE PROCESS
- Simply click on the register button on our website
- Enter the unique code found on the back of the TAG
- Enter your email address & optionally a contact number
- Now attach your TAG to your luggage or backpack using the simple loop system – That’s it!
ADD YOUR ITINERARY
OPTIONAL: You can add your itinerary for each trip such as the destination, flight numbers and name of hotel by clicking on the (add itinerary) button.
Should your item go missing this may speed up the process of airport staff getting your lost item back to you.
