Returns Policy

Although highly unlikely, If there is a problem with a tag within 7 days of receipt, the purchaser is advised to notify SuperSmartTag Pty Ltd who will investigate and invalidate the tag. In the event of a fault on our part SuperSmartTag will offer a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.

Please note: Goods must be returned in original condition as shipped including complete original packaging.
